Terms of use

These terms cover every agentlookups.ai service: Plumbline, CounterScript, GroundTruth, GreenLight, Overassessed and GroundRules. They are free services run by TopHat Monkey Software LLC. By using any of their sites, APIs or MCP servers, you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.

What this is

These services republish official public records, with their source and date. They are in beta: features, coverage, limits and pricing may change.

What this is not

• Not advice. Nothing here is legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.
• Not a background check. This is not a consumer report under the Fair Credit Reporting Act or any state consumer-reporting law. Do not use it to decide on anyone's employment, credit, insurance, or housing.
• Not a verdict. A result shows what a public record said on the date shown. A "no records found" result proves nothing. The agency that issued the record is the authority for today.

Using the services

• You may use the sites, APIs, and MCP servers for free, by hand or through software, including AI agents. Please keep request rates reasonable; we may limit or block traffic that threatens a service.
• You may quote and reuse results. Keep the source and date with them, and do not present them as our endorsement, rating, or recommendation.
• Do not try to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to any service.

No warranty

The services are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Records can be out of date, incomplete, or wrong at the source. To the extent the law allows, TopHat Monkey Software LLC is not liable for any loss arising from use of the services or reliance on their results.
